Universal Parts Lower starter motor for 4-stroke engines. This starter motor mounts under the carburetor on some 4-stroke engines typically used on dirt bikes or ATVs.

NOTE* E22 MOTORS COMMONLY KNOWN AS “HONDA CLONES” ARE COMMONLY FOUND ON CHINESE YOUTH ATVS. SOME MOTORS HAVE THE STARTER NOUNTED ON THE TOP OF THE MOTOR, SOME ARE MOUNTED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MOTOR. THE TOP MOUNT (OR UPPER)  STARTERS HAVE THREE BOLT HOLES. THE BOTTOM MOUNTED  (LOWER) STARTERS HAVE 2 BOLT HOLES FOR MOUNTING.
